  • Do I get enough sleep to feel rested most nights of the week?
  • Do I watch for early signs of sickness and take action to address them?
  • Do I eat regular nutritious meals that give me the energy I need to get through the day?
  • Do I engage in moderate to vigorous physical activity at least 3 times per week?
  • Do I abstain from smoking substances and alcohol or consume in moderation, and do I avoid street drugs?
